2.1 Ensure sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Betchworth Airport Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a suitably sized vehicle for passengers and luggage. Betchworth Airport Transfers does not guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.
2.3 Wheelchair accessibility must be specified at the time of booking.
3.1 Quotations by Betchworth Airport Transfers are based on the information provided by you. Prices, unless explicitly stated, exclude VAT, which may be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to modify quotes in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Any excess waiting time will be charged at the standard Betchworth Airport Transfers waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Confirm the accuracy of the booking confirmation received upon accepting our quote. Failure to notify Betchworth Airport Transfers of any inaccuracies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative car promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Betchworth Airport Transfers liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omissions or acts by anyone in your party.
6.5 Liability cannot be excluded or limited for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Betchworth Airport Transfers may subcontract obligations, and you may not assign or transfer rights under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be amended at any time, with changes posted on this page. Regularly review these terms for awareness. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information is processed following the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Betchworth Airport Transfers and you.
8.5 No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date; Betchworth Airport Transfers is not obligated to address claims made after this period.
